Judith will forever be our Welsh Rose and Alan our Welsh Rogue. They were lovely friends joined in the same moment by parallel experiences, friendship and warmth with so much humour during difficult times, I learned a great deal from Judith about strength and commitment, but most of all friendship.
We will miss her every day because she became part of our day to day lives. We were so fortunate to enjoy their company for the time we did.
We will visit Treorchy and remember her there, her love of her Wales was shared by our family.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
